Why Reservations? 

The Answers are Simple!  Reservations are necessary – to end Inequalities, to stop prevailing Injustices, to prevent Corruption, to develop all the People, to create a Society, to integrate the Country, and make the Nation Decent Honest and Proud.

Reservations is a way for neglected marginalized excluded and discriminated Sections of the Society to come to the Center. 

Reservations help neglected People to participate in the Governance, Decision Making, and Administration of the Country.  These are really what Democracy and Republic are all about.

Hardship related with Reservation

Now question arises that is the Reservation only way to promote those backward groups or societies?

Shall reservation be on the basis of Caste, religion, nationality, society?

Is there any other basis of reservation that can be more effective and acceptable by all people?

These days reservation is becoming a "Political Tool" to gather more and more votes instead of for welfare of discriminated Sections of Society. Only few people of them who needed aid like this, are actually getting the benefit of the reservation otherwise majorly it is misused. Because of current reservation system those students suffers who are from upper caste because reserved quota students having low marks gets preference over those talented students. Lot of time this reservation becomes reason of riots between to section of society. Indian Institutes & Universities viz IIT, IIM, AIMS etc are loosing their world wide brand image on account of reservation. Motive behind the reservation is great but the way to implement reservation is not justified. 

Because of present system of reservation many students having great talent are not getting opportunity.

How to come up from this problem?

To come out of this annoying reservation on the basis of caste, religion or any other basis shall be aborted, whether it is in studies or jobs.

There shall be free studies up to graduation in all school and colleges maintained by Government for all students or otherwise free study to those backward sections of studies.

Reservation for Female shall also be aborted because by this reservation system we are realizing them that they are less capable than males, even Female Quota is more than Handicapped peoples quota, does it mean that the they are not that much capable to compete with a handicapped person. Reservation can not do anything until we change our mind set towards females.

So firstly, we shall change out attitude and mind set towards females and those discriminated people. Reservation divides the people of our nation, don't make it political issue from social issue. There is no reservation in any other country whether developed or developing like us.

When every one is equal, we have equal rights then why this discrimination through reservation.
